1. The "Handshake" (Acceptance of Terms)

By accessing the website of Intrepid & Co. Media ("We", "Us") or participating in our "Pilot" / "R&D" programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. R&D and Beta Disclaimer

You acknowledge that the "Production Intelligence Hub" and "Hybrid RAG Engine" are experimental technologies currently in a Research & Development phase.

What this means for you:

• Services may be interrupted or modified without notice.
• Market intelligence and AI-generated alerts are for informational purposes only.
• You retain full responsibility for all operational and financial decisions made on your farm. We provide the data; you pull the trigger.

3. Intellectual Property

Your IP: You retain 100% ownership of your operational data, SOPs, and the specific "Story Blueprint" we co-create.
Our IP: Intrepid & Co. retains 100% ownership of the "Intelligence Hub" code, the Hybrid RAG architecture, and the underlying software methodologies.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Saskatchewan law, Intrepid & Co. Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of livestock margin, market shifts, or data loss) resulting from the use of our beta software or advisory services.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Regina, Saskatchewan.
