1. The "Dirt on the Boots" Principle

We believe that your data is as much your property as your land and your livestock. Intrepid & Co. Media ("We", "Us") operates with a strict Zero-Sale Policy. We do not sell, rent, or trade your operational data to third-party advertisers, generic marketers, or other ag-tech conglomerates.

2. Data We Collect

To build the Intelligence Hub and provide our services, we may collect:

• Identity Data: Name, farm name, email, phone number (for our "Command Center" CRM).
• Operational Data (API Ingest): If you choose to connect them, we pull read-only data from platforms like CattleMax, Leaf, or John Deere Ops Center.
• Proprietary Documents: SOPs, compliance guides, and historical records you upload for analysis.

3. How We Use Your Data (The "Silo" Promise)

Our R&D architecture is built on Secure Isolation. When you upload data for AI analysis (Hybrid RAG):

• Your data is stored in a private, isolated Vector Database namespace.
• Your data is NOT used to train public AI models (like ChatGPT) or shared with other producers.
• We use the data solely to generate intelligence, alerts, and content for you.

4. Third-Party Infrastructure

We are an "Integrator." We use trusted, enterprise-grade infrastructure to run our systems:

• GoHighLevel: Used for our "Buyer Vault" CRM and automation.
• OpenAI / Anthropic / Llama: Used for text generation and reasoning. Data sent here is strictly for processing your specific request, not for model training.

5. Your Rights

You can request a full "Data Wipe" at any time. Upon termination of services, we delete your Vector Database namespace and remove your API tokens from our system.
